General Questions

  • Fitsbest is an application dedicated to size and fit advice for clothing, helping you easily find products that suis you best.

  • You can download the app from the Apple Store or the Android Store.

  • The app is compatible with all Apple or Android devices equipped with a camera.

Account Creation and Management

  • You can create an account manually or use Gmail or Facebook authentication. Apple authentication will be available soon.

  • Click on the burger menu, then 'Edit Profile,' and then 'Personal Information.

  • Click on the burger menu, then 'Edit Profile,' then 'Personal Information,' and 'Delete My Account' at the bottom of the page.

Using the App

  • Once your account is created, the first step is to create your size profile.

    You have three options:

    • Manually input your measurements in the 'Measurement' tab (2nd icon from the left in the Tab bar).

    • Perform a mobile scan from home using your phone's front camera.

    • Perform a bodyscan in a partner store (locate available bodyscanners via 'Find us' in the burger menu).

  • A tutorial video is available at the bottom of the FAQ page illustrating the various features.

  • Currently, the app cannot be synced with other devices or services. However, a web interface will soon be available for users to connect via a computer and use a plugin for internet explorer.

Subscription and Payment

  • A premium version will be available soon, offering an ad-free experience, multiple bodyscans per year, and advanced notifications for discounts.

  • You can subscribe directly through the app via the burger menu.

  • The annual subscription can be canceled at any time through the app or your device settings (Apple or Android).

  • There is no refund once the yearly plan has started. However, the subscription can be canceled at any time, ensuring that the user won’t be automatically charged for the next year.

  • We accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Update your payment information via your Apple Pay or Google Pay account.

Security and Privacy

  • We comply with GDPR. All your information is anonymized and safe stored in our servers using industry standards.

  • You can delete your profile at any time, which will erase all your data or additionaly you can also delete individually your measurements collected through a bodyscan (please note that without your measurement we will not be able to provide the services of the app)

  • Privacy preferences are standard for all users. You can turn off app notifications via your smartphone settings or unsubscribe from our emails via the link in the emails you receive.

Service-Specific Questions

  • We provide size advice, views on promotions from various retailers, the ability to connect with friends and make purchases for them, store loyalty cards, navigate multiple brand sizes, and receive targeted promotions.

  • The premium version will be available soon with extended features.

  • Mobile scans are limited to one scan per year for freemium users, with a second free scan available after completing your profile 100%.

Miscellaneous

  • Yes, size advice will always be displayed in the language selected in your preferences, and the app works in countries where we are connected to retailers (Currently available across Europe and soon to be extended to other continents.).

  • We will soon implement an API for retailers to integrate our size advice feature on their websites, and a platform to offer individual promotions based on user preferences.

Updates and New Features

  • An automatic update system will notify you when a new update is available upon opening the app.

  • Click 'Update' in the automatic update notification or go to the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

  • You will soon be able to create an account using Apple ID, share your wishlist on social media, and access the premium version. Other features to enhance your shopping experience will be introduced soon.
